  • purple onions – 0.5 pcs.;

Preparation

So, we’ll tell you how to properly prepare the “Obsession” salad. First you need to prepare all the ingredients separately. We process the salted herring, remove bones and scales and cut the fillets into small cubes. We wash the vegetables thoroughly, put them in a saucepan, add water, put them on medium heat and boil until tender, add a little salt.

We also need purple onions, cheese, mayonnaise and a clove of garlic for the salad. Next, peel the onion and finely chop it. We clean the boiled carrots and chop them into small cubes together with the cheese. Then add a little mayonnaise, sprinkle with a mixture of peppers and mix thoroughly. We also peel the beets, grate them on a grater with large holes, squeeze out a clove of garlic through the garlic press, add mayonnaise and mix. Grate the peeled one on a coarse grater, add a tablespoon of mayonnaise, a pinch of salt with herbs and ground black pepper.
